To maintain the lowest possible price on our products, we do not include shipping charges in the price of our products. The cost of shipping is figured for each individual order and is determined by weight, size and destination. Shipments that do not meet the weight and size requirements by ground delivery will be shipped by freight carrier. Freight service includes tailgate delivery only.

• The customer is responsible for taking the items off the trailer and into their location. For an additional fee you can request assistance with unloading (This must be arranged prior to delivery).
• You may use your own shipping method by supplying the information required when placing the order.
• All shipments should be carefully inspected by the customer before acceptance.
• Immediate inspection by the delivery carrier should be requested to record any damaged or missing items. 
• Notification of concealed damages must be made to the delivery carrier and Special Event Sales within 7 days of delivery of merchandise.
• After obtaining a clear receipt for delivery, the carrier is no longer responsible for damages or missing components.
• Please inspect all cartons and the products within them for visible damage and count the number of pieces you received.
• Note any damage or discrepancies on the carrier’s delivery receipt.
• If there is visible damage, or you discover any concealed damage during unpacking, do not remove the merchandise or throw away the shipping carton.
• If for some reason you are unable to inspect the items at the time of delivery, please sign the freight bill as "subject to inspection."

There are many reasons why your order could be delayed by the carrier:

• Stat holidays & busy holiday surges
• Weather & environmental issues
• Staffing & schedule related issues
• Equipment break downs & malfunctions
• Miscommunication with shipping instructions

If there are any special instructions for delivery, please let us know ahead of time. This could also effect delivery times if miscommunicated.
